Your order will be shipped out in special Next packaging in 4-7 working days via Meest Express.

Shipping to an alternative address other than the account address is currently available. After receiving your confirmation email about the arrival of your order to Ukraine please contact Meest Express.

Orders under 750 UAH will be charged at 150 UAH for each order, regardless of how many items you order.

1) Shop as usual. At the checkout page choose 'Meest Pick-up Point' and select your chosen pickup point. A full list of pickup points can be found at: www.Meest Express-express.com.ua

2) You will recieve a confirmation email or SMS with details of when and where to pick up your parcel

3) Collect your parcel at your convenience. It will be held for 7 days at the local shop before being returned to our depot.

4) Make sure to bring your order confirmation email/SMS and a valid form of personal identification

Easy Local Returns

Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size/colour? You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund by Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta or courier express-delivery company Meest Express using the returns label on the right of your despatch note. Also, cosmetics, toiletries, certain jewellery and items with a security seal can only be returned if faulty.

The fixed cost of return: 45 UAH


Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. Select the reason code for the item/s you are returning.
2. Tear off the completed returns note, choose the most convenient your way to return and place inside the parcel with the item(s) you are returning (this is really important as we can’t action a refund without it)..
3. Peel off the returns address label and stick it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is no longer visible..
4. Return your parcel using your chosen way of return. Please be aware we don’t offer free returns. Postage is paid by the sender and won’t be refunded by Next. You can’t return an item purchased online to a Next store.. .
5. Keep your proof of return until you receive confirmation you have been refunded. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.

Items not returned in line with the above policy may not be refunded, may be refunded at the last/current selling price or may be retained by Next.
