These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place online orders. To register on the site and to place orders you must be aged 18 or over and provide a delivery address in Ukraine. By accessing this website and ordering goods from Next online you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your consumer rights are not affected.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the goods included in your order. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received it. Neither this email nor the taking of payment by Next constitutes acceptance of your offer or confirmation that a contract has been formed. Acceptance of your offer, and thus the formation of the contract, occurs only when we dispatch the goods to you.
Until the goods are despatched, Next may not accept the order.
The products on our website are directed exclusively to consumers who make purchases for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity. All orders placed online with us must be for private, non-commercial purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service or to refuse to enter a contract for online purchases with any company or corporate entity. We do not facilitate corporate, commercial, or self-employed transactions online and we do not issue commercial VAT invoices for corporate use. The confirmation email you receive serves as your standard consumer receipt.
If you create and use an account with Next, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to it, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use this website with the consent of a parent or guardian. You must be aged 18 or over to create an account and place orders through the website.
Next reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders for legitimate reasons. We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. We may also contact you for market research purposes. We may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks.

Please note that some shipments to certain destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility as the consumer. Please refer to your customs department for guidance.
If your order has reached the final stage of preparation, you may no longer be able to cancel or amend it. However, you may return the goods in accordance with the terms set out in the "Returns & Refunds Policy" section below.
This section sets out Next's returns policy. This Returns policy does not limit, or affect, your legal consumer right to return goods.
Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size/colour? You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund by Ukrposhta, using the returns label on the right of your despatch note. Also, cosmetics, toiletries, certain jewellery and items with a security seal can only be returned if faulty.
Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:
a) Please log onto https://re.ship.shop/ua or https://re.ship.shop/en
b) Follow the stages in the portal to create your return address label. You will need your Order/Shipment number shown on the next page to complete this.
c) Please select the correct size of your package.
d) Once you have completed the steps in the portal you will receive an email and SMS with full instructions on how to return your item(s).
e) To allow us to process your returns successfully, simply tick the items being returned on the next page. Please ensure you include both your items and returns note inside the parcel.
f) Keep the proof of return receipt safe until your refund has been processed. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
g) Please note that 200 UAH will be deducted from your refunded amount for using this service.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy
The above Returns policy will not apply to goods purchased online from Next using this website in respect of: (a) contracts for the supply of goods that are made to order, on the basis of your individual choice or decision; (b) contracts for the supply of goods that are clearly personalised; (c) contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed following delivery; (d) certain jewellery, cosmetics, grooming, photographic, or food products, and gift vouchers, where this is indicated at the point of sale; and (e) goods that, after delivery, are, by their very nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
In addition, certain other goods of satisfactory quality may not be exchanged or returned where they are included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange or return under the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 172 dated 19 March 1994, or any other applicable legislation replacing or superseding that Resolution.
To return goods purchased online which do not conform to the contract, or are faulty
If you believe that any goods purchased through the website are faulty, do not conform to the contract or otherwise do not meet the requirements applicable to them at the time of delivery or during the applicable warranty period, please contact us using the contact details set out in these terms and conditions.
We may ask you to provide information and supporting materials reasonably necessary to assess the issue. Where needed and permitted by applicable laws, the goods may be subject to an inspection or expert examination to determine the nature and cause of the fault.
Where a fault or non-conformity is confirmed, you will be entitled to the remedies available under applicable laws. Depending on the circumstances of the case, they may include the right to terminate the contract, return the goods and receive a refund of the amount paid for them or to request replacement of the goods with the same or equivalent goods, subject to availability.
The above rights apply where the relevant statutory conditions are met, including where the fault did not arise as a result of misuse, improper storage or other actions of the consumer after delivery.
Please contact us before returning faulty or non-conforming goods so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from, and are not limited by, our voluntary "Returns & Refunds Policy" section set out above.
We will cover delivery costs associated with return of goods in accordance with this section.

Home delivery is free on orders over 1,999 UAH. Standard delivery is charged at 110 UAH per order.
Delivery times will be confirmed at the point of order.

Next reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time.

If you choose to pay by credit card, your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. The transaction will be processed automatically once you confirm your order.
We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

During sale periods, please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery. You will be advised of the estimated delivery date at the time of order.

Force Majeure
It is possible that disturbances may arise when we deliver goods to you, due to force majeure events (i.e., events which are unforeseeable, unavoidable, beyond our control, and for which we are not responsible, such as war, natural disasters, floods, fires, pandemics, epidemics, or similar occurrences). We release ourselves from responsibility for delays for the duration of any such disturbance, and from responsibility for the effect of any such delay on our duties of performance.
Agreed delivery periods shall be extended by the duration of such disturbance. Where such disturbances arise on your part, Next must be informed of such disturbance immediately. Where the end of such a disturbance is unforeseeable, or where the disturbance lasts for more than two (2) months, either party has the right to withdraw from the contract concerned (or its services not yet fulfilled) and/or to terminate the contract without further notice.
Law
Our agreement with you is based upon English law and the laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales. Any claims under this agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts based in England. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.
