An electronic copy of each order is held by Next within 3 years from the date of its receipt, but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. Home delivery is free on orders over UAH 1500. Standard delivery is charged at UAH 110.
Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Next Plc, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size/colour? You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund by Ukrposhta, using the returns label on the right of your despatch note. Also, cosmetics, toiletries, certain jewellery and items with a security seal can only be returned if faulty

The fixed cost of return: 45 UAH
Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:
1. Select the reason code for the item/s you are returning.
2. Tear off the completed returns note and place inside the parcel with item(s) you are returning (this is really important as we can't action a credit/refund with out it).
3. Peel off the returns address label and stick it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is no longer visible..
4. Return your parcel using Ukrposhta. Please be aware we don’t offer free returns. Postage is paid by the sender and won’t be refunded by Next. You can’t return an item purchased online to a Next store.

5. Keep your proof of return until you receive confirmation you have been refunded. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
If you don’t have a returns note anymore, please contact us so that we can help you.
Items not returned in line with the above policy may not be refunded, may be refunded at the last/current selling price or may be retained by Next.

Items returned to the UK will be refunded within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
International orders placed online cannot be returned to a Next Retail Store. You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Next. (This does not affect your statutory rights). All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty. Also a complete list of products that cannot be returned (exchanged) is defined by the relevant legislation of the customer country. You will receive a refund within 3 - 4 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility. Respective prices for Next products provided at the site are tax excluded. Please refer to your customs department for guidance.
