Application and Account Details

If you use this publication and create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use nextdirect.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Next reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company, to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. We may combine the information you give us with information from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. And from time to time, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies so that they can contact you with offers and information by mail, telephone, email or otherwise. If you do not want your name and mailing details made available, no longer want to receive a Next catalogue or wish to alert us to duplicate mailings, please call us on our helpline number or email marketing@next.com Next is committed to respecting your privacy. An electronic copy of each order is held by Next within3 years from the date of its receipt, but will not be accessible to you. All orders will be concluded in the English language. We may also contact you for market research purposes. You agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks.

We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalise our services, content and advertising. This may also be done on a reciprocal basis. From time to time, we make portions of our mailing list available to carefully screened companies. Sale Delivery Information

During sale periods, please allow 14-21 days for your delivery. Your delivery date will be confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery

Home delivery is free on orders over UAH 750. Standard delivery is charged at UAH 150. Your order will be shipped by Meest Express within 4-7 working days*. Shipping to an alternative address other than the account address is currently available. After receiving your confirmation email about the arrival of your order to Ukraine please contact Meest Express. Next reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance.

Delivery To A Pick Up Point

Standard delivery charge to a Pick-Up Point is free on all orders over 750 UAH. Orders under 750 UAH will be charged delivery of 150 UAH per order. Delivery times will be confirmed when you place your order. All delivery services are subject to stock and demand. We will send you a message on email or sms on telephone when your order has been arrived to Ukraine and is ready for collection at your selected Pick-Up Point. Your parcel will be kept at your selected Pick-Up Point for 5 days. Items not collected within 5 days will incur a 150 UAH handling charge to cover our restock costs. Pick-Up Point opening times and days cannot be guaranteed. Please check with the Pick-Up Point you have selected. When collecting a parcel from a Pick-Up Point, please bring your mobile phone with the order confirmation with you. You will get a validation code on your mobile phone when you will collect your parcel at selected Pick-Up Point.

*Exceptions apply - Please allow extra days for local holidays, UK national holidays, weekends and sale time. Collection may be required where duties are payable. **Average delivery times should be used as a guide only.

Holiday Delivery Information


The last order date for delivery before Monday 24th December is 17th December 2018.
Due to the upcoming UK festive period and national holidays, orders placed between 18th December 2018 and 6th January 2019 will be delivered in 5-6 working days.
Orders placed from 7th January 2019 will be delivered as normal in 5 working days.

Offer Order Codes

Free Delivery and other offer order codes remain the property of Next Directory, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

Easy Local Returns

Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size/colour? You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund by Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta or courier express-delivery company Meest Express using the returns label on the right of your despatch note. Also, cosmetics, toiletries, certain jewellery and items with a security seal can only be returned if faulty.

The fixed cost of return: 45 UAH


Our returns process is simple, just use the returns note in your parcel and follow the steps below:

1. Select the reason code for the item/s you are returning.
2. Tear off the completed returns note, choose the most convenient your way to return and place inside the parcel with the item(s) you are returning (this is really important as we can’t action a refund without it)..
3. Peel off the returns address label and stick it to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is no longer visible..
4. Return your parcel using your chosen way of return. Please be aware we don’t offer free returns. Postage is paid by the sender and won’t be refunded by Next. You can’t return an item purchased online to a Next store.. .
5. Keep your proof of return until you receive confirmation you have been refunded. You will receive a refund within 14 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.

Items not returned in line with the above policy may not be refunded, may be refunded at the last/current selling price or may be retained by Next.

Items returned to the UK will be refunded within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.

Returns

International orders placed online cannot be returned to a Next Retail Store. You can return any unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Next. (This does not affect your statutory rights). All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty. Also a complete list of products that cannot be returned (exchanged) is defined by the relevant legislation of the customer country.

Guarantee Period

Guarantee period for the Next products is 12 months from the date of its sending to the customer.

Customs Fees For Non EU Countries

Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility. Respective prices for Next products provided at the site are tax excluded. Please refer to your customs department for guidance.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. If for this, or any other reason, an item is not acceptable, it may be returned providing it is sent back within 28 days and is in new, unused condition. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders, to refuse applications or with prior written notice to close an account. Prices of goods displayed in and ordered through the Directory may differ from prices in store. We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.

Availability

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.

Colour Reproduction

Next designers take great care with the colours used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.

Credit Card Payments

We are unable to accept credit cards that are due to expire within the next FIVE Days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

The offer is valid for orders over the minimum value stated in your communication.
The offer is valid until the expiry date shown on your communication.
The offer can only be activated once the voucher PIN has been registered at nextdirect.com. A voucher PIN can only be registered once.
The offer can only be used for purchases made online at nextdirect.com. It is not valid for telephone transactions. Redemption of the offer involves registering at nextdirect.com.
The offer is only valid on introductory orders with nextdirect.com for new customers only. One voucher PIN per customer only.
If the order is returned, the value of the offer is non refundable.
The voucher PIN cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
Next cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your voucher PIN. It will not be replaced or its value refunded if this happens.
Offer is open to residents of selected countries that are over 18 years old only.
Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time.

Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts. All contracts will be concluded in the English language.
